How much does Sindi cost?
General dentists pay $39 a month, or $29 a month billed annually. Specialists pay $129 a month, or $99 a month billed annually. Both plans start with a 30-day free trial. Multi-location groups and DSOs get custom pricing that scales with the organization.

What happens when my free trial ends?
We email you a reminder before it ends. If you cancel during the trial you are never charged, and general dentists keep sending referrals for free. If you keep your plan, billing starts at the price shown and you can cancel anytime.

Is Sindi HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Referrals, messages, and files are transferred and stored securely, and access is limited to the practices involved in the case.

Can I send CBCTs and x-rays to any other practice through Sindi?
Yes. Send CBCTs, x-rays, photos, and other files up to 500MB directly with the referral to any practice on Sindi, so the receiving office gets the images and the case details together instead of a burned CD or an unsecured email.

Do the practices I refer to or receive from need to pay?
No. Sending and receiving referrals is free for any practice. Anyone you refer to can receive the referral, view it, and message you back, and any practice that refers to you can reach you the same way. Paid plans add tools like patient texting, large file transfers, custom referral forms, and analytics.
