Elapsed is an automatic alert. If a case has no update after a scheduled date, Sindi flags it so the team can take action.

Snooze lets you pause a case and set a reminder to come back to it. For example, if the patient requests to hold off on treatment until January when they have new insurance, you can snooze the referral and Sindi will it back to your attention on the date that you set.
